Our wedding service is proud to offer flexibility so that your wedding can be
customised to your exact specifications and plan. Our hotel has eight functions
rooms, all available with air-conditioning. Our largest room is the grand
Cleveland Suite, which is able to host up to 320 guests for a wedding breakfast
and include a state-of-the-art LED ceiling, while our more intimate suites on the
ninth floor offer views over Middlesbrough for smaller wedding parties.
Our experienced and efficient event teams provide a bespoke service to help
you plan and coordinate your ideal wedding. We work hard to mould, tweak, and
refine every detail to your liking so that you can relax on the big day, knowing

We are licensed to host civil ceremonies in our elegant Cleveland Suite allowing
you and your guests to spend your entire day at the hotel with no fuss or hassle
attached.
Whether you choose small and intimate or grand and lavish, the Cleveland Suite
can provide the perfect flexibility to fulfil all of your guest requirements by
accommodating up to 200 guests for a civil ceremony.

CLEVELAND SUITE
Hosting up to 320 guests in a banquet style set up and newly refurbished with
an LED ceiling, the Cleveland Suite is our largest and most impressive function
room. Situated on the first floor, the suite boasts a private entrance that can be
used as a reception area, a private cloakroom, and a dancefloor.
The contemporary décor and lighting choices (LED ceiling) can be customised to
match your colour theme and room design. You can also find the Cleveland Bar in
the adjoining the suite.
The suite can be broken up into five rooms: the Ayton, Bedale, Carlton, Eston,
and Dinsdale rooms, each ideal for smaller functions.
AYTON, BEDALE & CARLTON SUITES
Part of the Cleveland Suite, the Ayton, Bedale & Carlton Suites can host up to
70 guests, and offer a private entrance and direct access to the Cleveland Bar.
ESTON & DINSDALE SUITES
The two smaller rooms making up the Cleveland Suite, the Eston & Dinsdale
Suites can accommodate wedding parties of up to 40 guests and also
offers a private entrance and direct access to the Cleveland Bar.
HELMSLEY, KILBURN AND INGLEBY SUITES
Situated on the ninth floor and within easy access of the lifts, the Farndale &
Glaisdale suites are perfect for smaller weddings of up to 30 guests. The two
large windows afford views overlooking the town and let in lots of natural light.

Our wedding team works with you to help plan, organise and execute every
bespoke aspect of your wedding from the décor and decorations to the layout.
From the beginning to the end, we make sure that everything runs smoothly,
and that all our services, experience, and friendly staff ensure your day is without
stress and exactly what you want it to be.
Budget is, of course, at the heart of the planning and we aim to make this as
simple as possible with our all-inclusive packages. Customising the package
to your wants and needs, we can work out the room hire, food and drink,
entertainment, or overnight accommodation costs into one set figure to avoid
any surprising additional costs, allowing you to focus on your special day.
