How our local Teesside marketplace works.

Party Services & Decor

For services like DJs, Entertainers, and Balloon Decorators, the “Delivery” is the arrival of the vendor at your chosen location.

Setup Times: Vendors usually arrive 30-60 minutes before your event start time. Please confirm setup access with your venue.
Travel Fees: Most Boro vendors include local travel in their price. For venues outside Teesside, a small fuel charge may be added by the vendor.

Venue Bookings

If you are booking a function room or event space, there is no “delivery.” Your booking confirmation serves as your entry to the venue.

Access: Please check your confirmation email for “Access Times” (when you can get in to decorate).
Collection: If you’ve ordered party supplies for “In-Store Pickup,” you can collect them directly from the vendor’s local address.

Important Notes

1. Direct Communication: Once you book, you can message your vendor directly through your In The Boro dashboard to coordinate exact times.

2. Cash on Event: If you chose “Cash on Delivery/Event,” please ensure you have the funds ready for the vendor when they arrive to set up.

3. Handling Times: Many of our local bakers and balloon artists need 48 hours’ notice to prepare your order. Check the “Minimum Notice” on the product page before booking.
